the hotel was exceptional! great location and comfy room! after the first night we asked to change rooms coz the noise from the inside square was really loud from 5am! ! the staff, pritany, was super helpful and made that change. the breakfast was spectacular!

my only complaints are that the noise in the morning was really annoying and the room could've been better insulated.

Fantastic location with spotless room.

We stayed for 3 nights in the Standard Twin Room. The room was compact but smartly designed—plenty of space for two large suitcases and even a comfy chair. The shower was easy to work with, and the bedding was super comfortable. Even though it was a busy hotel, we managed to have a fairly quiet stay. It'd be cool if the bathroom had more amenities, but overall it felt clean and cozy.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. The staff returned my forgotten jewelry on my first stay, showcasing their dedication. I recommend this hotel for its outstanding service. I'll be back for Christmas!
